Kyle Parker named the starter.



TNet was also heard to be imploding on itself after having so many members sucked off Korn in the last 2 years.

Swinney added that Willy Korn will play "because he deserves to play." Korn is not taking it poorly as the quotes below suggest, because he suspected it and knew he had lost ground in the race, and knows he will play either way.

  1. I think people will be supportive of Parker until he has a bad game, and then the real explosion will occur. I feel for Korn, but if Parker performed better in practice, then KP desrves to start, and all of the QB's know it. The worst decision the coaches could have made would have been to start Korn because he was the hometown hero if Parker was performing better in practice, because they would have lost a lot of credibility with the players.
